One of the great pianists of his generation, Jeremy
Menuhin performs at Ribchester for the first time,
accompanied by the ESO, who are making a
welcome return to our festival. A sparkling evening
of Mozart and Bach concertos is assured!

Janet Suzman

The Clerks with Janet Suzman

Friday 27th June - 7.30 pm

International vocal group The Clerks will present a
programme entitled “The City Cries”, with readings
by celebrity actress Janet Suzman. The programme
is a humorous and poignant evocation of the city,
as experienced through its sounds and its songs.
The central work in this innovative programme
is “The Cries of London” by the Renaissance
composer Orlando Gibbons.
